We rent out apartments on behalf of owners who live overseas. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped. The rent includes cleaning and change of towels/linen once a week. (Electricity is not included) High season runs the months of December, January, February, June, July and August, + the Easter week:

- Fortaleza: Modern two bedroom apartment 4 blocks from the beach. From USD 200 per week .
- Paracuru: 3 bedroom house near the beach. Garden with swimming pool and barbecue area. From USD 400 per week
